Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Dotcrew for using the website at dotcrew.app and the app at app.dotcrew.app (together, "Dotcrew"). By creating an account or using Dotcrew you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use Dotcrew.

What Dotcrew is

Dotcrew lets you hand tasks to AI agents coordinated by a Director agent. Agents can work with accounts you connect, such as your email, and with AI providers you configure with your own API keys. Dotcrew is under active development and features may change.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information when you sign up.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for activity under your account.
• Tell us right away at support@dotcrew.app if you think someone else has accessed it.

Your AI keys and providers

You bring your own API keys for AI providers. Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms and pricing, and you are responsible for the costs they charge you. Dotcrew shows you the usage it records, but the provider's bill is the one that counts.

Connected accounts

When you connect an account such as Gmail or Outlook, you authorize Dotcrew to act on it within the permissions you grant, only for the tasks you ask for. Actions that send, pay or delete wait for your approval. You can disconnect any account at any time. How we handle that data is described in the Privacy Policy.

AI output

Agents use AI models that can make mistakes. Review what an agent prepares before you approve it, especially email, code and anything with legal, financial or health consequences. You are responsible for what you approve and send.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Dotcrew to:

• break the law or the rights of others;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• harass, deceive or harm anyone, or create malware;
• access accounts or data you are not allowed to access;
• interfere with or overload Dotcrew, or try to get around its limits and security.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

What you put into Dotcrew and what your agents produce for you is yours. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and show it to you in order to run the service.

Our service

Dotcrew, its design, mascots and software belong to us. We provide Dotcrew "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We may change, pause or stop parts of the service; for important changes we will try to give you notice.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Dotcrew is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, or for actions you approved. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 50 US dollars if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

Ending

You can stop using Dotcrew and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms or if we have to for legal reasons.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Dotcrew after that, the new terms apply.
